Join local nonprofit For All Ages for a warm and welcoming gathering designed to nourish body and spirit.
A Cup of Connection is a one-hour social wellness experience that brings people together over tea while exploring how meaningful relationships support a healthier, happier life.
During this engaging session, you’ll learn about the health benefits of traditional and herbal teas and the powerful link between social connection and well-being. And you’ll have the opportunity to try a new tea of your choosing along with a sweet treat. You’ll also hear about Tea @ 3, a free program that fosters meaningful connections across generations.
Whether you come for the tea, the conversation, or the sense of community, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and uplifted.
