Join Librarian Emeritus Cathy Nelson and Town Historian Sallie Caliandri, members of the Berlin Historical Society, as they trace the history of Berlin’s tin industry from the arrival of the Pattison Brothers, who emigrated from Ireland in the 1740’s. Learn how the growth of this industry spurred Berlin’s other metal industries, helping to shape the growth and direction of our country through the American Revolution and beyond.
