What is this wine event about? Bringing an unusual rosé that will amaze if not impress us; and tell us the type of food your wine pairs well.

What to expect?

Instead of the usual Provence Roses ....
- Think sparkling, still or sweet rosés by any one of the three methods to make rosé wines.

Do you know rosés can also be made from white grapes?!
How about a "blush" wine?
In addition, some rosés can be aged for more than 10 years, if you can find them!

A prize will be given to the most unusual rosé of the evening.

Food Pairing ... a few well chosen dishes will be prepared and it is up to you to decide which one is the best dish for your wine.
