Join us for an immersive blind tasting evening exploring the depth, diversity, and regional character of Italy’s certified quality white wines — completely unlabelled.
Each guest brings:
- One bottle of Italian white wine
- Official quality classification (DOC, DOCG, IGT, etc.)
- Minimum value: €15
- Fully concealed — no labels revealed
- All bottles are tasted blind.
Guided by sommelier Sean Leaf, we will explore:
- Aromatic profile and structure
- Acidity, texture, and minerality
- Regional identity and grape varieties
- Tasting methodology and blind identification techniques
Together, we taste, analyse, discuss, and attempt to identify what’s in the glass.
No expertise is required.
Curiosity is enough.
This is not about being “right.”
It’s about sharpening your palate, discovering new favourites, and enjoying the experience in excellent company.
Light snacks will be provided to complement the wines.
