Join a Transformative Journey in Relationship Dynamics
An 8-session journey designed to help you explore and understand the dynamics of your relationships. You’ll have space to express your emotions, thoughts, and stories in a safe and empathetic environment.
Through this process, you’ll gain valuable insights into your inner self and relationships with others—family, friends, or partners.
We’ll use techniques from expressive therapies (psychodrama) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), offering tools to help you navigate emotional challenges, improve communication, and build healthy, meaningful connections.

About Us

Elinor Zalmona Bollag: An experienced expressive arts therapist specializing in psychodrama and CBT. Elinor works with adolescents and adults to enhance relationships and promote personal development.
Florian Genske: A systemic therapist and mediator with a master’s in family mediation. Florian specializes in couple and family therapy, with expertise in systemic structural constellations, psychodrama, and group work for children in separation processes.

Details and Registration

Location and Time: Prenzlauerberg, Berlin. Sessions are held Mondays from 18:30 to 21:00.
Trial Meeting: On 18.11, there will be a trial meeting at which participants can decide whether to continue. If they choose to proceed, the cost of the trial session will be deducted from the total fee.
Workshop Dates: 18.11.24, 5.12.24, 16.12.24, 6.1.25, 20.1.25, 10.2.25, 24.2.25, 10.3.25
Flexible Payment Options: €320 for 8 sessions (€40 per session) or €480 for 8 sessions (€60 per session), based on preference.
