We are excited to share that the next AWS User Group Workshop is just around the corner! Hosted by Wooga, we offer you another opportunity to learn, socialize, and explore the full potential of GameTech on Analytics & Artificial Intelligence with AWS. So join us for a day filled with inspiration and innovation, as we come together to unlock new possibilities and drive progress!
AWS For Games: Analytics & Artificial Intelligence
Modern video games generate a vast amount of data, which can provide valuable insights into player behavior and trends. Real-time analytics can help game developers make faster and better decisions, while teams can visualize trends as they happen. By analyzing these trends, game developers can also make predictions for their future decisions. In the first round of the workshop, participants will learn how to build an analytics pipeline using AWS Glue to collect, process, and analyze data with Athena, and visualize data with Quicksight generated from game components. In the second round, participants will use existing data to predict future decisions and prevent player churn. This will involve using a tabular dataset as the source, together with Sagemaker Canvas. Additionally, there will be a roundtable discussion exploring the use of machine learning and other AI solutions in the field of GameTech or Data.
This workshop is aimed at data engineers, data scientists, game backend developers, and data analysts. While it is not necessary to work in the game industry, the workshop will be highly relevant to anyone working in these fields.
