Stechlinsee - Rheinsberg: 22 km hike, with swimming opportunity

How to get there

• Take the RE5 to Fürstenberg (Havel), Bahnhof, arrival 11:47. I strongly recommend not to board the train at Gesundbrunnen station, but rather to choose one of the earlier stops, i.e. Südkreuz. As this is one of the trains going to the Baltic Sea, the train might already be too crowded later on.
• In Fürstenberg we will change to bus 839 to Neuglobsow, arrival 12:15. This is where the hike will start.
• The hike will end in Rheinsberg, where we will take the train to Berlin. Expect to be back home in the late evening.
