What we’re about
How do you do Jewish? Are you a secular Jew who wants to share Jewish culture and identity with your family? Do you celebrate Jewish holidays and want to know more about how to celebrate them without the supernatural underpinnings?
Beth Ami provides a place where secular Jews can find a comfortable home. We appeal to those who respect and love our Jewish heritage and want to affiliate with others with similar viewpoints. We are Jews who want Jewish studies for our children and ourselves, who want to observe Jewish holidays, appreciate Jewish culture, and express a connection with the Jewish people and Israel in a non-theistic setting.
Beth Ami is a warm, welcoming community that gathers to deepen our connections to each other as well as embrace our shared Humanistic Jewish identity. We celebrate major holidays, Shabbat/Havdalah, and life cycle events, including baby namings, bar/bat mitzvahs, weddings and memorial services. For more information visit bethami.com.

Beth Ami is the only Humanistic Jewish congregation in Colorado and is a proud affiliate of the Society for Humanistic Judaism. We celebrate Jewish holidays, learning and life cycle events through the secular lens of history, culture, and reason. We believe in the human capacity to create a better world without supernatural intervention.
Beth Ami is a welcoming community where we connect to Jewish past, celebrate Jewish present and link to Jewish future through a humanistic philosophy. We encourage anyone interested in learning about Humanistic Judaism to attend this and all our events.
We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Corporation and rely on membership dues to support the infrastructure required for our events. Please consider becoming a paid member, which includes membership in the Society for Humanistic Judaism. Send a message on Meetup if you are interested in membership.
