Welcome to Nia with Beth Giles! I provide movement classes for lifelong health, vitality and pleasure living in your body. The Nia Technique is our guide for moving, dancing, playing, and exercising holistically with our whole selves--body, mind, emotions and spirit. Come try a class online or in-person in Minneapolis. Nia is a mind/body fusion fitness practice. We dance in bare feet to great music combining the energies and movements of the dance arts, martial arts and healing arts. The movements are low or non impact, the classes are welcoming and open to all. Nia is about finding pleasure in your body, tapping into the joy of movement while conditioning your entire body.

Please note that these meet-up class listings are just one way that I market my business. If you see on the meet-up that you are the only one attending, you can be assured that you will not be the only person in class. I have a strong following of women and men ages 30-75.
