Come join us for a free introduction to the Transcendental Meditation technique, held live, online over Zoom. You can meet our teachers and learn more about the practice of TM: where it comes from, what it does, why it is effortless. Time for questions too.
We have intros on Tuesdays at 12:00 pm, Wednesdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm, all in an hour.
