Come visit Natural Grocers on NW Military Hwy for a vibrant plant-based cooking demo inspired by Trinidad & Tobago. This meetup will be presented by Terri Smith. With over 10 years of plant-based living, she’ll prepare a Vegan Buljol using hearts of palm—a fresh, citrusy take on a classic saltfish ceviche.

Enjoy samples, learn simple techniques, and experience the flavor, culture, and rhythm of Caribbean cooking.

The demonstration will be in the kitchen classroom which is right up front near the entrance to the left. Unfortunately, I will be out of town, but please feel free to come on your own or bring a friend, for some good food.
