We'll be online. I'm a UK registered counsellor specialising in Burnout, but in groups the magic happens when people talk about their own experiences, and everyone see their experience mirrored, however directly or indirectly.
To make this possible, there needs to a framework of trust, where we all agree to respect the confidentiality of all. What else helps the group work well? Please be supportive of others, accept their feelings, however "negative" they may sound, and talk from your own experience. And if you're comfortable sharing video, please do - it all adds to the sense of connection.
I look forward to seeing you!
