Join us in-person at BhaktiSF for a weekly meditation gathering to deepen into your own spiritual practice. A light vegetarian breakfast will be served afterwards!
Japa meditation, a core practice in Bhakti Yoga, involves the meditative repetition of a mantra of the divine name. It's often done with a mala (bead necklace), moving each bead as the mantra is chanted or silently repeated. This practice helps to focus the mind, cultivate inner peace, and deepen the connection with the Divine.

8:00AM Vegetarian Breakfast
Doors will be locked at 6:10am - please be sure to arrive on time!
