What we’re about
Rides will vary in distance, speeds and starting points. A lot of BFF's rides take place on the west side; however, I do lead rides on the east side (Scottsdale area), as well. A number of us do event rides here in AZ, CA, and NV. We can stop for coffee/brunch/lunch/dinner/ or ride just to enjoy the scenery and some good company. Speeds usually average (approximately) 13 MPH - 16 MPH; check each ride for description of speeds and distances. The goal is to get out and enjoy the weather, good company, and the ride itself. Anyone can lead a ride, as long as you are an experienced group rider; it's fun to discover new places, so I encourage you to lead YOUR favorite ride. Let's get out and have some fun!
SAFETY FIRST!! Helmets are required, front and rear lights are required for night rides, and highly recommended at all times. Bring plenty of water, electrolyte replacement, cooling towels, eye protection, etc.

• Important to know
Covid 19 has changed the world, at least for now. We all have different opinions, so please be respectful of your fellow riders regarding masks (to wear one or not wear one), and social distancing of 6 ft. If you choose not to wear a mask while riding, I suggest you carry one with you in case of a stop at a store, or in case of help needed with repairs on your bike, or another's bike.
Happy Riding! :)
