## What is BIG TALK Community Building?

BIG TALK Community Building is a pioneering movement that gathers together for intentional experiences and transformative projects. It is for sensitive, deep, authentic, considerate people — who are proactive about co-creating positive social change… together!

## Who are we for?

It is for those who fundamentally need to move beyond small talk and superficial relationships, to instead develop — presence, emotional safety, vulnerability, intimacy, depth, authenticity, mutual consideration… and creative collaboration.

## What are we exploring?

The idea is to assess our compatibility with people we meet here — form meaningful, mutually beneficial social arrangements with our matches, meet regularly… and maybe even work towards building community living situations. This movement is a springboard for people to continue building connection beyond me, while I also continue exploring and creating with my own matches.

## Why does this matter?

Humanity profoundly needs more opportunities to practice safe, healthy, sincere, and purposeful relationship — with each other, and with all of existence — to end the epidemic of loneliness and disconnection… and return to our communal/tribal nature.

## What is our shared responsibility?

Our shared responsibility is to care for the wellbeing of each individual and everyone as a collective — using compatibility as a guide for how we organise ourselves, practicing win-win ways of resolving conflict… and discovering what becomes possible through and beyond it.

## Who are we calling in?

The intention is to attract people who are ready to dive into this new way of relating: bringing their unique self to the table through honest communication about thoughts, feelings, needs, boundaries, desires, gifts/talents… while receiving and honouring others respectfully.
