Big Walls For Brand New Painters

Welcome to Big Walls For Brand New Painters. This group is for anyone who has ever looked at a blank wall and wanted to fill it with color, but felt intimidated by the scale or the technique. We are a community of beginners who meet up to learn the ropes of mural painting in a low-pressure environment. Whether you have never picked up a brush before or just want to try working on a larger surface than a canvas, this is the place to start.

Our gatherings are focused on sharing tips, practicing basic techniques, and helping each other navigate the process of painting at a bigger scale. You do not need to be a professional artist to join us; you just need to be curious and ready to get a little paint on your clothes. We keep things friendly and collaborative, focusing on the joy of the process rather than creating a masterpiece. We look forward to picking up a brush with you soon.
