Details
Every production takes people, time, tools, and money. What changes when agents become part of the crew?
Drawing on experience at PBS Wisconsin, MotionVFX, and six years of Apple contract work, Technical Creative Director Stanislaw Luberda compares the resources and decisions behind different productions—from camera and audio routing to the code coordinating an automated workflow.
Each case pairs the output with a breakdown of crew, hours, tools, costs, and the setbacks that shaped the results. The central case, Madison Weather with Miso, explores how agents help build and evolve production tools, how weather data drives media, and how testing and human judgment improve reliability.
The case studies
• Multicamera crewed event: An observational breakdown of a global brand event’s production setup, equipment, logistics, and estimated resources.
• ** Two-person location production: Two people, 12 hours: **a strategic yoga studio campaign, including event coverage and interviews, from planning through delivery.
• Madison Weather with Miso: Data-driven production, agent-assisted development, testing, validation, and operating costs.
• Sports animatic: Turning animated references into a directed concept sequence through iteration and editorial decisions.
• Fashion and manufacturing—in progress: Exploring how supplier data can inform manufacturing decisions and campaigns.
The talk culminates in a side-by-side comparison of production requirements and results, clearly distinguishing measured figures from estimates.
Join us November 9 for a close look at how production is being rebuilt—from the crew on location to the agents behind the workflow.
