Dave Meyer is the Head of Real Estate Investing at BiggerPockets, where he is responsible for analyzing housing data, economic trends, and investing tactics to help investors make informed decisions. He regularly shares his findings as the host of the *BiggerPockets Real Estate Podcast*, the cohost *On the Market* podcast, and across BiggerPockets’ various media channels. He is the author of *Real Estate by the Numbers*, *Start with Strategy*, and *The Real Estate Strategy Planner*. With over 14 years of experience in real estate investing and data analytics, Dave is passionate about making analytical investing simple and approachable. He is an expert on the residential housing market, investment analysis, and portfolio strategy. Dave holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester, and a M.S. in Business Analytics from The University of Colorado Denver. Dave currently lives in Washington State after a long stint in the Netherlands, he loves to ski, travel, and eat sandwiches.

Henry Washington is the founder of Independence Realty Group and the co-host of the BiggerPockets On the Market podcast. Henry built his rental portfolio and achieved financial freedom in just three and a half years. Now an investor of seven years, he has done more than 200 deals—a wide variety that includes buy-and-hold rental properties, fix-and-flips, mobile home parks, and commercial properties. Henry has been featured in numerous online and television publications, where he enjoys showing others the power of real estate investing and financial freedom. He has over 200,000 followers across social media, including 40,000 on TikTok @thehenrywashington. Born and raised in California, he now lives and invests primarily in Northwest Arkansas.
