Memorial bike ride to support NAMI (with beer)

Please join me in a memorial bike ride to raise some funds for the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

We all know someone who was lost to suicide or who's been devastated by such a loss. For me, it was my sister Nancy. We lost her in April 2023; she would have turned 59 on the day of this ride.

Let’s saddle up to help one another, and help keep that loss from happening to others by supporting NAMI and its suicide prevention and mental health programs. If you don't want/prefer not to ride, please consider donating and join us for the after event.

I'm asking for a minimum donation of $5 to the link below.

This route goes from the Holiday Bar on Bear Creek Trail to the intersection with the South Platte Trail. 25 miles with two hills up and over Mt. Carbon, about 550 feet of elevation gain each way. The rest is flat!

After, let's soak up some sun and celebrate friendship & camaraderie with a few drinks on the Holiday patio.
