Ride Description:
This ride will be and out-and-back from St. Phillips to the Kolb Bathrooms. We will start briefly to the Northwest and cross the pedestrian bridge to make the ride 50 miles. On our southbound trip we will cross the wash at Craycroft. On the northbound trip we will cross at Dodge.

Stops will be minimal and only for a few minutes. If you are farther off the pace, please navigate to the Kolb Bathroom, Pour My Coffee, or the finish This ride is about gaining some fitness, and of course spending time with new and old friends.

Participation rules:
Your GABA membership should be current. If not, please consider joining at www.bikegaba.org . Bring food & fluids for 3 hours. Front and back flashing lights are encouraged on The Loop. Helmets must be worn at all times while riding. No ear buds. This ride is unsupported. Please obey traffic laws and represent GABA well.

Notes:
Start Time: Arrive by 8:45 AM for sign-in, meeting others, and overview. Wheels rolling by 9:00 AM.
Final rolling average- 17-18.5 mph. Rolling speeds may be higher.
Terrain: Relatively flat bike paths, one easy climb of less than 200 ft.
Total Elevation Gain: 960 ft.
Traffic: Special attention is required when crossing the Dodge Bridge, and the stretch on Rita Rd.

Parking: Ample parking on the south side of St. Phillips Plaza.
