St Philips to Oro Valley 34 Mile

.Starting at St Philips ride west and cross over at La Cholla and ride to the Santa Cruz bike path. Then ride to the CDO bike path. Ride up to Christina Taylor Park.
Break time Water and rest rooms. 11 miles.

After break keep riding up CDO to the 16.4 mile point into ride and get off path and ride into the neighborhood. Ride on Greenock to Valle Del Oro Road, Desert Sky,Egleston Dr.

At this point play follow the leader, a few turns and easy to get turned around and or lost. First time I did this I used GPS and it got me thought OK.

Break at James Kriegh Park Water and restrooms and a few picnic tables. 18 miles into ride.

After break find your way to Shadow Mountain Dr and ride south to Hardy, ride back to the west to the round-a-bout.

Ride south on Northern to McGee, then ride east to Sendero De Juana (way past Oracle), turn right, ride to Christitie then ride to Ina, turn back to the east then ride to Swan.

Go down swan to the bike path. Once on the Rillito Bike path we will take a 5 minute potty break then ride back to St Philips.

This is a C paced no drop ride.
Always bring spare tube and a way to pump it up.

It's hot so do not hesitate to call out for extra water stops.

I will be needing someone to sweep.

To participate in this GABA group ride you MUST:
- Be willing to ride at a social pace (end of ride avg pace expected to be 12-14 MPH).
- Be willing to serve as the ride sweep for a portion of the ride.
- Use the phrase "walker/bike up" when overtaking someone.
- Use the phrase "walker/bike left" when approaching someone coming at us. This should be used when on narrow parts of multiuse paths.
- Stay right of the center line on multiuse paths and right of the white line while on the road except to pass.
- Give at least 3 feet when passing someone walking or riding in the same direction.
