Ride the Rail Trail from Quakertown to Hellertown & back. MEET AT VETERANS PARK
Details
Meet at Veterans Park at 145 E. Pumping Station Road in Quakertown. About 25 miles round trip at a 11-12 mph pace. This is an out and back ride so you can turn around at any point. Some turn around at around the half way point. We will be making a social stop for food, at the Trolley Barn in Quakertown at the end.
Please park in the second parking lot, which is further away from the street and much closer to where the trail starts. You do not have to pay to park. If there is a softball tournament and they are collecting money for parking, tell them you are there to bike the trail and you will not have to pay for parking.
Rain will cancel the event and if I do cancel, I will make the decision by 8:00 am.
Helmet is strongly encouraged and all riders ride at their own risk.
