Biking Walking Sightseeing Tour

Kick off your Saturday afternoon with a scenic bike ride!
We will explore the iconic border views at Tak Tuet Lau Police Post, snap photos at the famous Sheung Shui Big Water Pipes (上水大水管), cruise along the beautiful Tolo Harbour waterfront (吐露港), catch the evening sea breeze at Wu Kai Sha Pier, and wrap up our night with a delicious group dinner before heading to Shatin MTR station !

The Route : Sheung Shui MTR ➔ Tak Tuet Lau Police Post (Lo Wu Border 得月樓警崗) ➔ Big Water Pipes (上水大水管) ➔ Tolo Harbour Waterfront (吐露港 / 白石角) ➔ Wu Kai Sha Pier (烏溪沙碼頭) ➔ Dinner (around 8:00 PM) ➔ Shatin MTR station.

Rider Requirements :
Speed: You need to be able to bike at 14km/h on flat roads.
Bike Control: You need to have good bike control. The route is mostly on proper bike tracks, with some sections on footpaths and quiet roads with little traffic.
Night Riding: If you rent LocoBike, please bring your own bike lights (a front light and a rear red light).

Bike Type & Logistics
We will be using shared bikes for this trip (Rental: HelloBike or LocoBike).

Note: HelloBike is recommended!
Their bikes are newer, safer, and feature automatic front and rear lights that turn on from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, making it much safer for our night session.

Shared Bike Logistics (Action Required Before You Arrive!)
To ensure we can start riding immediately, please download and set up your rental apps before arriving at the meeting point.

***HelloBike (Recommended): **Check the app for pricing options. (Newer bikes + auto night bike lights for better safety!)
** *LocoBike: **Buy a 24-hour Day Pass ($20) ahead of time.
*Make sure your account is ready and topped up so you can unlock a bike the moment we find one!

Essentials : A helmet, cycling gloves, mosquito repellent, water, bike lights, and a great mood for a night ride!

We'll swim from Deep water Bay to Repulse Bay. It's about 2 Km.
Opitional: you can swim 1 Km and then walk to Repulse Bay.

Meeting point: Ocean Park MTR Station Exit C (Street Level)
Starting at Ocean Park MTR station, we’ll walk along the coast to Deep Water Bay. From there we’ll swim to Repulse Bay.

Important Note: We will be swimming in areas without lifeguards. For safety reasons, you must have a floating aid (please see the reference sample in the photo album). Otherwise, you cannot join us.

You need to bring a floating aid. I suggest using a waterproof dry bag designed for water sports. You will need to keep all your belongings inside the bag and swim with it.

We can enjoy some drinks and food in a shopping mall in Repulse Bay for an early lunch.

*What to bring:
Floating aid (Mandatory), goggles, sunscreen.
