This is a sightseeing country biking tour that we'll stop to see rivers, farms, villages, old churches and temples.

Kam Tin(錦田) and Yuen Long have the biggest farmlands and villages areas in Hong Kong. It's easy to visit these country areas on bicycles on the biking lanes and roads with few cars passing.

In the farmland, some country lanes are narrow and winding, so you need to be good in controlling your bike. Most of the roads are flat and well paved.

*You can rent bikes at $50 or bring your own bike. Bring a spared tyre if you bring your own bike.

We'll have lunch in a village restaurant.

• Wear a helmet and gloves, bring a hat, sun screen and mosquito repellent.
