Welcome to Pier Yoga, a bilingual morning yoga class held twice a month at Harumi Pier (晴海埠頭), the former Olympic Village site.
We practice in a peaceful space on the 2nd floor of O’GARDEN café, facing Tokyo Bay. Feel the ocean air, move your body gently, and recharge your mind.### 🕗 Schedule
- 1st and 3rd Wednesday
- Class: 8:30–9:30 AM (Doors open 8:15)

- ¥3,300 per class
- 4-class pass: ¥11,000 (Save ¥2,200!)you can share tickets with your friends!
- Yoga mat rental: ¥330

- 12 basic yoga poses + 2 breathing techniques
- All levels welcome (Beginners OK!)
- Bilingual instruction (English & Japanese)
- Friendly, slow-paced, and relaxing
