神宮スタジアムナイトヨガのオーガナイザーをしています！
今年で10周年を迎えるこのイベントでは、東京のど真ん中にある野球場のグラウンドでヨガを楽しめます。
英語サポートエリアでは、日本語のインストラクションを英語に通訳します。
旅行中の方、日本在住の外国の方も大歓迎です！

🧘‍♀️ ヨガマットはご自分でご用意ください。お持ちでない方は、大きめのバスタオルなどでも大丈夫です。

お申し込み人数が球場の収容人数に達する見込みとなった場合、予定より早く受付を締め切る可能性があります。

Hi, I’m Eriko, one of the organizers of Jingu Stadium Night Yoga!
This year marks the 10th anniversary of this special event, where you can enjoy yoga on the field of a baseball stadium right in the heart of Tokyo.
In the English Support Area, Japanese instructions will be interpreted into English.
Travelers and international residents in Japan are very welcome!

Advance registration and a consent form are required.

📍 English Support Area: Right side of the stadium — look for the pink flag
🧘‍♀️ Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, a large bath towel or something similar is also fine.

Registration may close earlier than scheduled if sign-ups are expected to reach the stadium capacity.

Are you traveling in Japan?
Yoga mat rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, up to 20 mats.
If you would like to rent a mat, please send a message to Eriko in advance.
For those who live in Japan, we kindly ask that you bring your own yoga mat if possible.
