Discussion and support for humanists, freethinkers, agnostics, atheists and secular people around Billings Montana. If you are interested in meeting and discussing things with like-minded people, want to encourage critical thinking and rational thought with the use of the scientific process, please join.
Most Sunday discussions groups are between 10-20 people as are the Wednesday evenings with the Unitarians. Social events range from 5 to 20. Most people do not RSVP on this website as they see the events via other calendars.

| Screenoholic, huh? You’re in good company—screens have a way of wrapping us in their glow and not letting go. Whether it's doomscrolling, deep-diving through spreadsheets, or bingeing late into the night, the pixels are strong with this one.
But here's the fun part: we can channel that screen time into something fulfilling. How does one design boundaries, reshaping habits, or even reframing your digital obsessions into tools for your advocacy work or creative projects?
It is also important to realize the different impacts of different technologies and types of content. What kind of screen time pulls you in most? Social media? News? YouTube rabbit holes?
