How we live, how we engage in our enterprises, how we create and deliver value, and why we do these things—needs radical review. We need a revolution, no less. This revolution isn’t “out there,” and it isn’t something to outwardly achieve, fix, or fight for. This revolution is “in here.” Right here, in our own hearts and minds, it’s a revolution in consciousness.
