# About Bimble

Bimble is a community space in a medieval church (St.Peter Parmentergate Church) , just a short walk from Norwich city center and the railway station.
You might find us because you came to the skatepark, wandered into the churchyard, joined a workshop, followed a friend here, or simply became curious about what was happening inside.
However you arrive, you’re welcome to come in and have a look.

Bimble is a place for making, sharing, learning and spending time together.

Throughout the week, the church hosts a changing programme of small activities — from food and cultural workshops to art, printing, yoga, music, games and creative gatherings.
Some things are planned. Others begin with a conversation, an idea, or someone saying: “Could we try this here?”

We share the church with Pete’s Skatepark, and the space changes constantly depending on what is happening that day. One evening there might be a shared meal around long tables; another day, yoga in the main church, printing on the floor, a small workshop upstairs, or people simply sitting together with a cup of tea.

Bimble is not quite a café, a studio, or an events venue.
It is somewhere in between — a place to drop in, take part, meet people and see what might happen next.

You don’t need to be especially creative, already know someone here, or have a particular skill to join in.
You can start simply by coming through the door.

# Come for something, stay for a while

Maybe you come for a workshop and end up chatting to someone afterwards.
Maybe you stop in for a drink and discover an activity you want to join next week.
Maybe you bring a friend the next time.
And perhaps one day you have an idea of your own that you would like to share here.
That is how we hope Bimble grows — not only through the activities we organise, but through the people, interests, cultures and ideas that come through the space.
