  WHAT IS MEDICINA ALL ABOUT?
  Each of our all-day workshops are like mini-urban retreats, offering Londoners a kind of sanctuary space to come and dance, be themselves, dive deep, have fun, release stress, connect with their body, and stretch themselves beyond their usual way of being. You can attend the whole day or just drop-in for single workshops. No experience necessary.
  During the day you will have the chance to dance and dive into a selection of some very beautiful and unique movement & expressive practices.
  SCHEDULE:
  ◈ 11:45am-2:30pm Blindfolded SHAMANIC TRANCE DANCE with Cacao Intention Setting Ritual: Trance Dance is an invitation to a dance journey into yourself. You go inwards with your eyes closed and with the help of a blindfold, to see with your heart and connect with the wisdom inside you.
  ◈ break 60 min (selection of teas/coffee will be available in the hallway)
  ◈ 3:45pm-5:45pm CONSCIOUS CONNECTIONS & RITUAL BREATH
  Open to new possibilities in connection and authentic relating. During this workshop, you will be invited to first tune into yourself, your body, and your sensations, to create safety, and then meet others in a non-traditional and heart-centered way. Learn to honour your personal boundaries, learn to enjoy your desire for connection, and communicate both with authenticity.
  PLUS RITUAL BREATH!
  With the guided Ritual Breath, we harness the power of breath to unlock a variety of transformative benefits. Breath helps to alter our state of consciousness, giving us a fresh perspective on life and connecting us to our body’s innate wisdom, jumpstarting various transformational process. Become more heartful, grounded and vital, more sensual, and more connected with your feelings, unifying body, breath and Spirit!

  ◈ 7pm-9:45pm Ecstatic Dance Journey - MEDICINA - Summer Solstice Celebration of Mystical & Uplifting Dance Music, Cacao Ceremony, Positive Intention Setting/ Ecstatic Dance SoundWave. We will provide complimentary Raw Vegan Cacao. (No entry after 7.30pm sorry, this is so we can all journey together)
