Somatic Release / Active Meditation to release tension, re-balance your nervous system, and access blissful presence.
Shaking Medicine® is a body-based approach to stress and trauma release, activating our natural stress recovery response.
-Arrive on time, no entry after 6:05pm.
-Yoga mats & Blindfolds provided.

🎶 Musical Vibes: World Beats | Global Bass | Afro-House | Shamanic | Organic & Uplifting

Warm-up: stretch, move/dance and reflect on the intention for the session with guidance & facilitation.
The Practice: MVMNT® World Beats/Global Bass infused Ecstatic Dance - a freestyle dance/movement session to a large sound wave featuring Seths' world beats/global bass vibes plus tribal percussion to add fire and energy. We let the music, the community and our own inner space direct our unique flow of movements and expression.
Relaxation: Our events end with a deep relaxation and rest and a closing circle to integrate the dance journey.
