1. SHAMANIC TRANCE DANCE - Our journey begins in the dark.
The blindfold comes on. The outer world dissolves. With cacao warming the heart and ancient shamanic drums calling to us… into the dance we go…
Shamanic Trance Dance is an ancient technology of consciousness, rhythm guiding you beneath the thinking mind into embodied knowing.
Then we move into fire. 🔥
2. The RAGE RITUAL™ is not about chaos, or freeking out. It’s about reclaiming life-force. Anger, when expressed consciously, is clean energy.
It sets boundaries. It restores dignity. It protects what matters.
Through our uniquer guided process and embodied activation, you’ll be invited to unlock your roar in a space that is structured, grounded and safe enough.
And as the sun sets, we gather again. 🌅
4. PRANA MYSTIC is an awakening... global basslines, ethno-fusion textures and shamanic soundscapes carry us into ecstatic dance. Cacao flows. Intentions are seeded. Bodies sweat. The dancefloor becomes temple and playground at once. 🌀💫
No talking. No alcohol. Just presence, music, and raw human electricity.

TRYBE is a modern-day sanctuary for Londoners who crave something deeper than the usual Ecstatic Dance.
Each gathering is like a mini urban retreat, a space to drop armour, meet your edges, rediscover embodied-joy and stretch beyond your usual way of being.

◈ 9:45pm–10:15pm Optional fruit social to nourish after the dance 🍊🍇
Bring a yoga mat & blanket for the daytime journeys. Blindfolds provided.
Complimentary raw vegan cacao in the evening.
