Connectival, created and hosted by Ecstatic Dance London in collaboration with guest facilitators, is a response to that need.
This gathering offers practical tools for connection that you can take into everyday life through movement, presence, and authentic conversation. These practices foster deeper relationships with yourself and with others, particularly in a fast-paced city environment.
Connectival widens the idea of love beyond romance into something more human and sustainable.
