I trust all is well. Apologies for the double booking last month.
For February, I'd love to hear about your approach to nourishment. Do you have any rules? For example, I am 100% good, 90% of the time (not my words but I love the approach). Following the holidays and all that feeding, how do you get back to base?
While I'm constantly tweaking my diet to support my activity schedule, I tend to stick to one meal a day or at least a 4 hour grazing window. My diet consists primarily of animal based products with minimal veggies and starches.
My nutritional priorities are as follows: hydration, mineralization, proteins, fats (lots of fat), carbs (low/no processed sugar).
Couple of side notes:
- I am looking for another venue in downtown to alternate. Any ideas would be great! (We were at Cafe Hagen once but it was way too loud and I walked out smelling like burnt toast, surely there are other options)
- I'm wrapping up a personal project in Feb and will look to organize more event type meet ups as my free time becomes available.
- I will be posting more dog meet ups in between the monthly's for those with (or without) pups. All are welcome!
