The hype is real. Biohacking is the next big thing and has the potential to become a mass phenomenon and health revolution. It covers a current human need that is basically unmet today – the need to know what goes on inside our bodies when we’re eating, drinking, working, and moving.
So do you have a desire to not only rule yourself, but become the perfect version of yourself, gain an unfair advantage in life, maximize results, and supercharge your performance? If the answer is YES then I invite you to attend, participate, and grow with us in building a community around finding out what’s possible with our biology in the 21st century.
So, are you “Bio curious”? .

🔥 Breathwork + Cold Plunge + Qi Gong on the Beach — "The Fire Within" 🔥
Golden Gardens Bathhouse, 8498 Seaview Pl NW, Seattle, WA 98117, USA, Seattle, WA, US🔥🥶🥞 Breathwork, cold plunge, hot protein pancakes, community!
📅 Sat Oct 25 @ 11:30am–1:30pm
📍 Golden Gardens north end of the beach, past the firepits, trees, bathrooms and cafe, near the wetlands. Look for our sign and canopy.
Hosted by Origins Unity, celebrating five years of community practiceA mid day session of breathwork, guided meditation, deliberate cold exposure in Puget Sound, Qi Gong, and a potluck with a curious, health-minded crowd. There will be protein pancakes! 🥞 All activities are optional, coming to connect with each other is what matters.
Why it works
- Cold water sharply raises norepinephrine and dopamine and activates brown fat. Expect a lasting lift in mood and alertness.
- Breathwork gives you direct control over your stress response. Different breathing patterns can raise or lower your arousal on demand.
- Purpose is one of the strongest psychological predictors of a long life. The Fire Within meditation works on that question directly: What lights you up? Why do you do what you do?
Insight might come right away, or it might take ongoing practice. You don't need anything special to happen. Show up, try it, and enjoy the people around you.
Schedule
- Meet and greet
- Intro, safety and expectations
- Yogic breathing (strong, medium and gentle)

Safety
- No breath holds in or near the water. All breathwork happens on land.
- The plunge is optional. Stay in only as long as feels right.
- Check with your doctor first if you're pregnant or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, Raynaud's, or a seizure history.
