DAWN AWAKENING is a guided breathwork session by AER designed to carry you consciously into the day: with a clearer mind, a calmer nervous system, and a deeper presence in the moment.

Through intentional breathing techniques, we activate energy, release mental tension, and create space for focus, lightness, and inner balance.

A session between stillness and activation. Between sunrise and a new beginning.

Whether you want to breathe deeper, let go of stress, or simply begin your Sunday more intentionally — DAWN AWAKENING is your moment to reset.

– Guided breathwork journey

– Nervous system regulation & mental clarity
– Music, atmosphere & a shared start into the day
– No previous experience needed

Feel free to bring comfortable clothes, a mat, and an open mind.

Your Guide — Anna:
– Certified Hatha Yoga & Pranayama teacher with over seven years of training and experience in private teaching
– Focus on inner stability, mental clarity, and stress reduction
– Works with traditional yoga, breathwork, and meditative practices
– Helps develop a deeper understanding of conscious and natural breathing
– Supports the release of chronic tension and nervous system regulation
– Encourages balance between body, mind, and emotional well-being
– Special focus on mindfulness, grounding, and inner calm
