The Extremely Accurate Bird Boys Band is in town lookin' for birds and they want to look at them with you!

Join Tommy Siegel & Billy Libby on an easy bird walk around one of our favorite neighborhood ponds. This walk is organized by Birding For The People so you know there will be binoculars to borrow and we are welcoming everyone who'd like to join!

What to Expect

  • Beginner-friendly bird identification and learning support
  • Relaxed pace with frequent stops for viewing and questions
  • Welcoming and social group atmosphere

Whitaker Ponds features a mix of open water, pond edges, and shrubby habitat that attracts a wide diversity of species. We’ll follow an easy loop at a gentle pace, stopping often to observe waterfowl, songbirds, and overhead activity.
