Let's get together at Saigon Noodle House on Highway 280.
This is a vegan meetup, so you should only order items that are vegan or can be veganized. That means no meat/ fish, no dairy, no egg, no honey, and no gelatin.
If you want to know if an item is vegan or how to veganize it, please ask us. We are happy to help.
This meetup group seeks to show people how easy it is to order vegan in the Birmingham area.
Saigon Noodle House is Birmingham's most popular Vietnamese restaurant. They seek to satisfy customers with a menu that offers many flavorful authentic dishes such as Pho noodle soups and Banh Mi sandwiches using fresh ingredients and recipes from Vietnam.
The soups should be ordered with the vegetable broth base and the banh mi should be ordered without mayonnaise.
Everyone is invited. Please just remember to order vegan. We look forward to seeing you!
