Join us for Birmingham Vegan Fest Fall 2026. Our festival is the largest vegan fest in Alabama. This FREE event is open to everyone, 11am-5pm, Sunday, November 8th, at Cahaba Brewing Co.
We will showcase the booming local vegan scene, so there will be a heavy emphasis on local food trucks, popups, and other vegan-friendly vendors. Also, there will be plenty of traveling vendors with some great booths and food trucks.
We will also have music, vegan tattoos, and more! There will be multiple vegan door prizes, worth hundreds of dollars, given away each hour, so stop by the DJ table to sign up for a chance to win!

Also, our host Cahaba Brewing Co. is very supportive of the vegan community, and almost all their beers are vegan (exceptions are any milk stouts or honey beers). All of their cocktails, mocktails, non-alcoholic beers, and THC drinks are vegan, too!
Birmingham Vegans started over a decade ago as a group to connect and grow the vegan community and build the vegan movement here and beyond. We have over 5,000 Facebook followers, over 1,500 Meetup members, and over 3,100 Instagram followers. Birmingham is a special city with so much energy for progress, and it has been exciting to see veganism grow alongside all the amazing things happening here.
Birmingham Vegans has hosted hundreds of gatherings highlighting vegan entrepreneurs, leaders, educators, and creators. We’ve put on festivals (in person and online), held regular meetups at restaurants, invited the public into our homes for potlucks, organized hiking and kayaking adventures, held picnics, conducted canned food drives, and featured chef demonstrations, vegan-themed films, supported local sanctuaries by volunteering and donations, and talks from authors.
Message us on social media if you are interested in volunteer, vendor, or sponsorship opportunities with the Birmingham Vegan Fest.
Everyone is invited to attend—vegan, veg-curious, omnivore, or whatever—so bring your friends who will be amazed at how delicious vegan food can be! This is a kid-friendly event, and you can bring your animal companions, too! Veganism is booming in Birmingham, so come on out and see on November 8th!
Please sign up on our Facebook event page and/ or on the Meetup app to let us and our vendors know that you will be there!
