Join us at Blue Sushi Sake Grill, home of Alabama’s most extensive vegan sushi menu. We’ll be there for “Vegan Happy Hour,” when prices are approximately 20-30% lower than normal. Everything vegan is clearly labeled on the menu. Starters include edamame, miso soup, crispy brussels sprouts, lettuce wraps, and salads. And there are fifteen vegan sushi entrees with names like V.L.T., Vegan Hot Popper, and Thai Hippie. They use vegan smoked salmon, vegan tuna, tempura, bbq eggplant vegan cream cheese, vegan mayo, tofu, and lots of other veggies and seasoning. And for dessert, they’ve got a vegan chocolate torte.
