How to Conquer Self Sabotage and Stop Procrastinating Workshop

🔷We will focus on some of the main ways we keep ourselves STUCK in life

🔷We will look at habits and beliefs that prevent us from succeeding past a certain point

“Self sabotage is when we say we want something then go about making sure it doesn’t happen”

🔷We will create personalised systems on how to prevent that

🔷Are you sick of setting goals but not meeting them?

🔷of having aspirations and desires but not the guts or perseverance to reach them without giving up or getting distracted?

🔷If you want to take control of your life and the results you are getting, then this workshop is an excellent place to start.

We will be exploring

🔷How to generate and maintain genuine self esteem and confidence

🔷Lifestyle impact on psychological wellbeing, sleep, diet, exercise, social life, comparing ourselves to others

🔷Decision making and dealing with overwhelm

🔷and so much more!

This is a social support group that meets every Saturday for people who may be having problems with their mental health (anxiety, depression etc) and fancy a chat (about mental health or anything really!)

Feel free to arrive any time during the event hours and stay for as long or as short as you'd like. We normally arrive after 230-3 and start to think about leaving by 5ish. But people are free to do what they feel comfortable with.

Meeting with people and sharing any issues you have with others who are going through the same can be very beneficial in itself. You will find that you are not alone and may find ideas or strategies to improve mental health. Modern technology appears to make people more connected than ever, but in reality, the opposite often happens and leads to social isolation. This is a big reason for mental health problems, and meeting in person is a perfect antidote to this. Some of the areas we may discuss might be practising "Gratitude" and techniques to help you move from a "negative psychology" to a "positive psychology". How to move away from "Self Obsession" and "Self Pity". Meetup participants are free to discuss any topics of interest. Tea, coffee, bar drinks and snacks can be purchased in the lounge/bar of the AC hotel. We normally sit in the back left corner of the AC lounge infront of the windows. Quite often, we will go for a meal after the meetup (usually 5:30 pm to 6 pm)

I've been here countless times in the past 2 years and I just love it here, so why not make this an official Meetup for everyone to come!

We will not meet for food at Soloman Cutler as I prefer attendees to do what they want before coming over to Reflex (grab something to eat elsewhere and pre drinks) which is what I plan to do because I much rather eat someplace else to fill me up, then get a couple drinks down the nearest pub before coming over. Hope that's OK with everyone?
