Join us for a gentle 90-minute evening of forest breathing and mindfulness, where we will slow down, soften our thoughts, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the woodland.

No experience is needed. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere to get to — simply time to breathe, notice, and allow the forest to work its quiet magic.
