HIV/AIDS & Bisexuality: Uncovering Connections

New York State and San Francisco are at the forefront of efforts to end the AIDS epidemic by 2020, yet those efforts are locally focused. In stark contrast, communities of color in the southeastern states continue to be ravaged with no signs of letting up.

For this event, BiRequest has partnered with Housing Works, a leader HIV/AIDS housing initiatives, to take a hard look at the intersection of bisexuality and HIV/AIDS. We'll discuss what is happening across the country and the world. Expect the discussion to touch on how to find health care, what makes for competent providers, PrEP & PEP, and the future of a national AIDS Policy, among other things.
