Hello Bistro Buddies. The San Antonio and surrounding area is full of wonderful Bistros, Restaurants and fun things to do. Let’s check them out together! This group has been doing meetups since July 2013. Pre covid - we often to had tons of activities and friends to go out with, but that little "inconvenience" seems to have changed how people socialize. So lets fix it. Let’s get together and check out the bistros, restaurants, and have some "face to face in real life" fellowship, fun and games, enjoy some food or a few low stress activities. There are lots of options! We want to strive for a more "mix it up" type of atmosphere, where we can do more meeting and mixing. Find some fun games and activities as well as good food. When the weather is no longer at "outdoor Sauna" temps, I hope to get some outdoor activities in parks, under pavilions, and we can have pot lucks, BBQ, and such.
As a new organizer of the group I hope to expand things a bit, still have some of the original type of events,as well as for those who would enjoy new options. If you are young at heart, want to have a bit if old fashioned neighborly fun, meet people and make friends, please join us. Membership is currently free, and I certainly hope to keep it that way. Some events may require a fee to cover expenses if you plan to attend.
