This meetup will be centred around the Burner Wallet, a browser based wallet created by Austin Griffith, which was deployed at ETHDenver and Ethereal Summit earlier this year. Jonathan Dunne, a software developer at Flex Dapps, will facilitate the evening.
- What is a burner wallet, where did it come from, how does it work, and why is it great?
- Present and future state of the burner wallet concept.
- Live demo.
- General discussion about the concept, and other usability/on-boarding tools.
- If we have time/interest, we can dive into the code and muck about making mini dapps for a burner wallet.
Jonathan has been involved in the Web 3.0 Community since mid-2018, and now works as a software developer at Flex Dapps. Most of his time is spent working with Node.js and the Ethereum blockchain, and his current focus at work is the Burner Wallet. Jonathan is also involved in fostering a developer community in Victoria, Web3 Melbourne.
