TANGLED LINES - Watercolor exhibition by Sai Chit Min OPENING
UNZINE 95, 180 Soi Sukhumvit 95, Bang Chak, Phra Khanong,, Bangkok, THWe would like to invite you all to an incredible watercolor exhibition at our UNZINE 95 studio by artist Sai Chit Min (@scm.paints)
Exhibition name: Tangled Lines
Dates: 31st of Jan to 21st of Feb 2026
Opening: Saturday 31st of Jan from 2pm
At the Opening 31st of Jan Sai will give a live watercolor painting demo.
And on Saturday 21st of Feb he will give a workshop for all levels so you can learn to paint with watercolor.
About the exhibition from the artist:
“As I walk through the streets of Thailand, certain scenes catch my attention — twisted wires, busy sounds, motorcycles, and street vendors moving through the city. I often keep my phone ready, taking quick photos while walking, fueled by the music in my headphones.
Using firsthand photo references allows me to fully experience each scene. When I return to my home studio, I set up my painting space to work with ink and watercolor. I prefer to develop the work in the studio, where I feel more focused and comfortable. My approach is an improvisational method, drawing directly with a pen, connecting lines as I go, without any preliminary plans or sketches — , much like a jazz musician improvising on their instrument.
The unpredictability of this process excites me about the final outcome. My inspiration to paint comes from the streets , the tangled wires, contrasting light, everyday presence of Thai people , stories and the atmosphere it brings.

Comics Club : Draw creative page layouts to tell your stories
UNZINE 95, 180 Soi Sukhumvit 95, Bang Chak, Phra Khanong,, Bangkok, THThe goal of Comics Club is to teach every week an aspect of comics making followed by a guided application of what we learn to create at best a comic page, or at least a comic strip to tell a story.
What to expect:
- We will show many possibilities to come up with creative page layouts for engaging storytelling for comics - 40 mins
- Break - 5 mins
- Writing a scene for your comic page - 20 mins
- Application - draw the comic - 50 mins
Fee: 300 THB per person (all art supplies are provided)

What to expect:
- Let's study forshortning from comic book masters - 40 mins
- Break - 5 mins
- Write a scene that would culminate in foreshortening - 20 mins
- Application - draw the comic - 50 mins
Fee: 300 THB per person (all art supplies are provided)
