What we’re about
bkk UNZINE is the name of our indie art magazine.
The goal of this meetup is to encourage people to create Art and facilitate the enjoyment of art so that we create a favorable environment Artists and Art lovers (Movies, Comic books, Anime, series, stand up comedy etc.) You will be able to meet like minded people and draw together, learn about art by visiting art galleries together, do creative activities to enjoy the art scene in Bangkok.
I'm a Cartoonist (insta: @comicsbyboris), Podcaster, Youtuber who loves movies and comic books. I speak Tamil, English and French and a little bit Spanish.
We have created an free monthly online art magazine called BKK UNZINE please subscribe if you'd like to receive our free digital magazine on our website : www.bkkunzine.com
If you are an artist, you can submit your creation through our website too.

Monday Night DRAW @ UNZINE 95 - Hybrid online & in person event
UNZINE 95, 180 Soi Sukhumvit 95, Bang Chak, Phra Khanong,, Bangkok, THWe are changing Wednesday DRAW to MONDAY NIGHT DRAW and you are all invited to draw together and hang out to chill out from the start of the work week and meet like minded people in Bangkok.
We are making this event a hybrid one where you can join in person but you can also join online using the Google meet link.
Monday Night DRAW takes place every Monday from 5pm.
Fee: 100THB per person or you can buy an item from our shop to support us and our Artists.
Location: The drawing meetup will take place on the ground floor of our art studio at N. 180 in Sukhumvit 95, just outside BTS Bang Chak.

Art supplies will be provided, you can come directly from work to draw and have a good time.

OnlineI decided to create this little workshop to remind people what drawing is all about. People are trying to follow challenges and trying to “hack” their brain into drawing. I think there is a more pleasant way to approach it that would leave a lasting love for drawing in you.
I’d like to create this event on a weekday, this late to give opportunity to people from Europe or just people who want to cool down after work.
