BLACC - Black Women - Washington DC

BLACC: Black Ladies Amplifying Career Confidence is a social and career empowerment group created to connect Black women who are committed to growing, advancing, and supporting one another in their professional journeys. The group provides a welcoming space where women can build authentic relationships and share experiences related to career growth and personal development. BLACC encourages meaningful conversations that help members strengthen their confidence and find their voice in the workplace. It is a space where ideas are exchanged, challenges are discussed, and successes are celebrated. Members are supported in setting clear goals and taking intentional steps toward career advancement. As part of its services, BLACC hosts quarterly events and offers open office hours to provide guidance, support, and accountability. The group emphasizes encouragement, connection, and collective growth. At its core, BLACC is about building confidence, fostering community, and helping Black women thrive in their careers.
