Devotion is a soulful 3-part series of Sunday morning workshops that combine yoga, guided meditation, and journaling to help deepen into the practice of slowing down with intention, releasing old stories, and reconnecting to your wise self.

Part 1: Tending the Heart (February 15)
Part 2: Breaking through the Armor (March 29)
Part 3: The Sanctuary: Returning to Center (April 29)

Sometimes we devote energy to building walls for protection, but those same walls will block the flow of our greatest gifts. In The Softening, we practice the brave art of “un-protecting.” By focusing on forgiveness, surrender, and receptivity, we use fluid movement of slow flow yoga postures and the breath to dissolve the “armor” of the ego and soften the grip of the past.

We’ll end with a guided meditation to continue softening into the flow of life that wants to move beautifully to and through you. This event is open to all, and no previous yoga experience is necessary.

When: Sunday, March 29, 9:30am - 11:00am
Investment: $20
