ONLINE | BIPOC Women's July Healing Hour: Reclaiming Your Wild Nature

Needs a location

On Sunday, July 17th, our BIPOC Women's Healing Hour focuses on RECLAIMING YOUR WILD NATURE. Although the culture would have us forget it or suppress it, there's a part of us that remains untamed and knows its power. It is wild by nature. It's not out of control in a destructive sense, it's a wildness that has remained free of corruption by the busyness and noise of the world around us.

Your wild nature is yours alone. Your wild nature is the truest version of you: unspoiled, wise, primal. Join us for an hour of practices to help you reconnect to this subtle energy – an often overlooked power that has its roots in the natural world. It is ours for the reclaiming.

Be it. Be you. Be wild.

Topics and mindfulness practices include:

  • Recognizing our deeper voice of wisdom.
  • Nurturing our innate powers of curiosity, courage, and intuition.
  • Accessing the natural world as a foundation of restoration and resilience.
