Whether this is your first 5k or you plan on going for a personal record, all paces and abilities are welcome on October 3 for a community 5K at Carpenter Park Fields in Thornton, CO benefitting Women’s Wilderness.

You’ll run, walk, or wheel a clearly marked 5k course with friendly volunteers pointing the way. When you’re done, we’ll be at the finish line with huge smiles and high fives to celebrate you because YOU CAN 5k.

Registration is donation based, so pay what you can! And if you donate $50 or more, you'll receive a pair of Altra Experience Flow 3 for road running or walking OR the Experience Wild 3 for trails valued at $150! (To claim your shoes, you'll receive a coupon code following the race).
